"In the last 16 months we’ve lost 4 fur babies-2 dogs and 2 cats. All of the staff at Tracks to Heaven have been kind, compassionate, caring and so respectful to our dear babies. I cannot say enough positive things for and about this local small business and the folks that operate it. Our Rhona, Agnes, Monte and Snip were taken such good care of and returned to us quickly. "I was so very lost when my fur baby Corey (cat) had to be put to sleep. He was 18 years old and had Renal Kidney failure. My vet told me to go to Tracks in Heaven. I got in touch with her and my husband & I came in for our appointment so I could have Corey cremated. She was very understanding. I went in feeling lost and depressed, because I had lost my baby boy. She made me feel like she truly knew how I felt. She even let me hug her when we were done going over everything . I never felt rushed. There were times that I cried and it was okay. My husband & I picked out a beautiful box for Corey. But instead of getting a paw print (which I could have done) she had these beautiful glass blown necklaces that will have the ashes of your fur baby inside. I chose a heart. My husband surprised me with it today. It is the most beautiful creation I have seen. Now my Corey can be with me no matter where I am. I can't thank her enough for all the care that she showed me. I know that everyone who loses their fur baby should go here. You will feel so much better when you leave. She absolutely cares and is very understanding about why we are there. I will always remember the feeling that I mattered. TRACKS IN HEAVEN... YOU ROCK!!!"

"It’s been almost a month since my fur baby had to go to heaven and I just want to say that when I went to pick her up at the local vet I never imaged the kindness and detail with which I was given her back. The bag was filled with helpful and kind resources to get me through the pain. Resources I have all around my house. Thank you for your kindness and heartfelt items during this difficult time.
