"These people are scandalous! My mom preplanned and paid for all arrangements for my grandma's death, transportation, cremation and documentation. She had all the contacts and receipts. Once my grandma passed and they took her body, they contacted my mom and said she needed to pay the invoice and even added fees for things that were already included in the original agreement (that she had already paid for!). Yesterday, my parents went to go pick up my grandma's ashes ready to fight whatever battle they were met with, but the place they were directed to was an empty building. There was a place next to it that did pet and human cremations. They were scattered and unorganized, but conveniently "found" my grandma's ashes right there on the desk. My parents later received a phone call that they accidentally put another person's jewelery in my grandma's package, so they needed to come collect those. At this point, we have no idea of we actually have my grandma's ashes or not. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone for anything."
