"The employees were so kind and gentle to my partner and i after we suddenly lost our cat. once leaving her in their care they had her back to us within 48 hours. the base urn is a beautiful marble urn. we also got two clay paw prints and asked for one ink paw print. we received both clay paw prints with her name engraved and three sets of ink paw prints. they also included a card with a hand written note and a couple other miscellaneous things."
