"When our sweet 7 year old guinea pig, Nanners Rose, suddenly passed, Family Pals provided an amazing cremation service. They were so incredibly kind to my husband and I, and walked us through every step. The drop off and pick up process was very quick and they did not rush us at all at drop off. They even got her paw and nose prints for us. They made this hard time in our life a lot easier. We cannot thank you guys enough for your kind words and services. Family Pals really made us feel supported."
