"I highly recommend this couple!! We called him a couple of times after 9 pm when our cat passed away. He was very sweet and didn’t sound bothered at all, answered all of my questions with ease and patience. When we picked our cat back up, he had him the most precious, wooden urn. This was a hard loss, but they definitely made it better!!"
