"Do not recommend at all. I Spoke with someone by the name of Walter, he was rude,abrasive and over talked me . Told me basically I was Wasting his time while I was trying to address what we would need to do for a loved one’s affair. Told me I would pay double if I went anywhere else. I will gladly pay double than to deal with such a hateful rude non professional as this man showed to be. Definitely will not leave my loved one in his care. "I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Mountain Empire and most specifically Walter. I reached out to Mountain Empire last December in setting up a appointment to discuss pre planning my final arrangements and final wishes. I am grateful to be in good health but am a person who also lives by the motto If You Stay Ready You Don't Have to Get Ready. One thing we do not have control over in life is when God decides to take us and I do not want my family to worry about anything financially when my time comes. I met with Walter and he was so helpful and kind and even allowed me to bring my dog with me to the appointment for my own comfort. He helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I have in regards to pre payment options. I reached out over the weekend with a question not realizing it was after business hours however Monday morning he made sure to reach out to me to not only answer my question but advised me on what to do in the future in regards to pre payment.
