"I have never had such a bad experience with a loved one funeral. We arrived at the grave site after funeral service and there was not a hole for our loved one to be buried in. Jennifer and the funeral home dropped the ball on a lot of thing. We waited hours for the hole to be dug as my loved one was hauled form funeral home to funeral home. And me and my family waited hours for hole to be dug. Also Jennifer could not spell names right on death certificate even though we spelt all the names out for her. Several mistakes where made. She even ordered the wrong casket. If I could go back in time and go with another funeral home I would"

"The funeral director, Jeniffer Earthman, and her staff, particularly Beth, we’re absolutely wonderful. They were so very patient, kind, and professional with us during such a difficult time. They were both so easy to work with. Jeniffer and her staff did a beautiful job with my mom’s makeup and hair. I was so nervous and afraid my mom wouldn’t look like herself, but I honestly couldn’t believe how beautiful she looked. Both the funeral and graveside service went very smoothly. I have already recommended them to friends and family needing funeral home services."

"I would like to say , Providence Funeral Home is the worst funeral home ever ! My family took my grandpa to give him a wonderful funeral. But my grandpa funeral was NOT wonderful at all , when we got to the cemetery there was NO GRAVE DUG & NO GREEN TENT WITH CHAIRS so my family can sit and mourn the loss of my grandpa . So we talked to the funeral director Jeniffer to see what’s happening ??? My grandpa was in the hurst mind you it was hot outside the day of my grandpa funeral. So Jeniffer the funeral director was in the van for 30 minutes until she finally got off to talk my family to tell us what is going on. My family was so DISTRAUGHT & WORRIED AND WANTED TO KNOW WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS TERRIBLE DOING AT MY GRANDPA FUNERAL . Which jeniffer said “ I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING “ . My brothers and sister-in-law were asking are we going to get some kind of refund? for what is happening because they paid for the entire funeral and burial my grandpa. Jeniffer said “ I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND ON THE FUNERAL AND BURIAL “ . And we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to wait for someone from Austin to come dig the grave for my grandpa so we waited outside in the heat waiting for the man to come. When they finally got finished, they were practically rushing us to finish burring my grandfathers."
