Chapel of the Pines Crematory

"I have read several negative comments and I have to say I strongly disagree. They were very kind and attentive. She explained everything very clearly. When we went to sign the paperwork the gentleman was very very nice and came outside to greet us. Very reasonably priced."

"Saw some negative reviews here, so had to add my own 2 cents. My mom passed away a couple of weeks ago in Houston hospital. I searched for Houston area crematories in Google found their company. I called Chapel of the Pines and spoke with Anna and she gave me all of the information I needed to know. She was very professional and friendly. She was incredibly busy, however, so I think some people may not be taking that into consideration. We took care of everything over phone, email, and postal mail over the next few days, and never had to meet in person, as I do not live in Houston. Very easy, no hassle. I have nothing but good things to say about their services. Thanks Anna and team for making things easy for me while dealing with a tragic loss."

"I want to express my gratitude to Chapel Of The Pines for their exceptional service during my mother's cremation. The staff was compassionate, facilities well-maintained, and communication was excellent. They made a difficult time easier for our family. Highly recommended."
