"So far we have had a great experience dealing with Dr.Hill, "I think that is his name" And all the other staff there. Dr.Hill was very informative and gave us a lot of good advice for our new family member Rocky. We have been back twice and both visits have been very pleasant. Also, the staff are very animal friendly people and seem to enjoy their job so the dogs seem to be very comfortable around them. Also, there office is very nice and clean with lots of animal care products."

"They're decent, but I would prefer going elsewhere. Depending on the day, you’ll either encounter a lovely, positive staff or deal with an older woman on the phone who has a negative attitude, doesn’t fully answer questions, and is argumentative. Additionally, staff often don’t acknowledge their own notes within paperwork or communicate effectively about the care of an animal. The vet has a noticeable temper and seems to rely on outdated techniques. I hope this review encourages improvements in their practices and approach to care."

"We are so fortunate to have found such a kind and knowledgeable doctor in Dr Hill! We are a military family and wish we could stay with him and his clinic forever!! I tell him he is a “walking encyclopedia” because he knows his stuff! I appreciate his knowledge and honesty and ability to be up front - he will not beat around the bush per say. He will present you with options for care and let you know how he would proceed if it were his animals. I find this very helpful in making decisions and we have been able to save money because he does not perform unnecessary care. Megan has also been an absolute angel. She listens to our concerns and makes sure everything is “dress right dress;” for all four of our animals! She has supported us through some difficult times when our babies (and fosters) were sick and has been nothing but patient, always answering all our questions and concerns. I have also had nothing but positive interactions with the rest of the staff. Thank you, all!"
