"A lady name Amy was extremely rude. She didn't get the paw print done after I told her how important it was. My family and I were planning to get tattoos of our family dog paw and she didn't note it or get one done for us. I reassured her more than 4 times that I needed the paw print to be perfect and she didn't even get one for us. This is wrong but more hurtful. We don't have that paw print. Amy obviously doesn't take her job seriously. She was arguing with me and talking over me when I was trying talk to her about it. I will never go back here again."
