"My mother past away 7/25, and on 7/28. I met with staff and arranged my mother to be cremated. Paid in full, i was told that she would be ready 8/2. Well on 8/5 when I was able to reach the staff, i was informed they hadn't even STARTED. Very poor service. I called this morning 8/09/ and they told me that she should be ready by 8/15. 20 days to get my mother remains. Shop here at own risk. Here it is the 8/13 and nobody has contacted me. SMH."
