"We had the unfortunate opportunity to use the services of Emerson Pet Cremation. While the situation was heartbreaking losing our baby girl, Emerson was so kind and thoughtful through each step of the process. It’s a small operation, but you can see and feel that they put their hearts into every step of laying your babies to rest, as well as your grieving process. We dropped off our Poppy, and they were emotionally understanding, and just let us sit in silence (very much needed). They were very responsive through the process and we got her back just two days later. The send home package was so well thought out and sweet.
