"Fond Memories just did a very touching thing to us. The remains of our baby was sent to Fond through vet office. We called Fond if we could come over to say last goodbye before cremation. They gave us a date for cremation. When we were there our baby was carefully put on a tray with black cloth. They even arranged her to hold her favorite football toy. That really comforted us a lot knowing our baby was treated considerately. The cremation was proceeding before we left and we had opportunity to pray for her. Special thanks go to manager Brian and Que. both were so kind and professional."
