"My wife, Sally, and I signed up with the Neptune Society in July of 2012. Melody Spivey was our pre-arrangement advisor. She was very professional and friendly explaining how the process worked and what we could expect when the time came. My wife passed on August 9, 2024. A few days before her passing I contacted Neptune Society to advise her death was imminent. They were very understanding and supportive. When she passed members from Neptune were dispatched and took in their care. They were very professional and caring, which made a difficult time easier. A week later I met with Stephanie Dondoneau, Funeral Director. She did an excellent and very professional job of guiding through the requisite paperwork and explained what I could expect regarding the cremation. She filed the paperwork with the Social Security Administration swell as for the needed death certificates. One week later we met again and she gave my wife's urn and copies of the death certificate. The process was very professional and efficient. I have been very pleased with services I received from the Neptune Society. They made a very difficult time much easier for me and my family. I recommend them highly."
