The next day, the Director discussed the arrangements we were making and was very clear asking us which items we wanted from them and helping me make decisions/choices. The Admin staff was very helpful, providing early resources of extra cards and sharing examples of what other people had done, to net an effective visitation display and a lovely keepsake handout for guest to take as a memory card. the service the day of went smoothly and flawlessly, in part because they offered us access to their facility the day before since it was available"
