"My funeral director, Kailyn Wray, really helped me as I made decisions to honor my Mother, Annette Evans Pleszkoch. She was patient when I was indecisive about what flowers to get for the casket, she made helpful suggestions along the way, and she was prompt in answering my questions via email. She kept us organized and let me know what still needed to be done, but understood that some decisions took much more time to make (such as picking out her final outfit and writing the obituary). I was amazed how they set up the room and slideshow for her visitation. I provided the art she had painted, and they displayed it so nicely. Tharp Funeral Home of Lynchburg is a wonderful place to use if you have the misfortune of needing such services. They surpassed my expectations. When I die, I want my family to use this funeral home for my body- that’s how confident I am that this is an excellent place to go."
