"The employees of Tacoma Mortuary Crematory are so kind, caring & thoughtful. My personal experience with them was 13+yrs ago, on Memorial day. I had lost my black lab Molly to cancer on Memorial day & the very next day, within less than 24hrs following her passing, they called me & she was all ready for me to pick up. They had her ashes bagged & placed in a beautiful stained wood box with a brass engraved name plate mounted on the top. The relief I felt when they brought her to me & I seen how they had her prepared for me to take home. Thank you Tacoma Mortuary Crematory, for how prompt you provided her cremation & the kindness I was treated, you helped ease a lot of the pain of loosing her. You will have my business for life, thank you."

The staff with whom we interacted were all kind and professional and they helped make a difficult time a little less so. The price was reasonable and the wood box in which we received the Ernest's remains is very nice. Beautiful grounds and building. I recommend this place without hesitation."
