"I have taken several cats and 1 dog to date here, and have always been treated with kindness and compassion. For newcomers to pet cremation, if you do not purchase an urn, you can do so at any time, as well as jewelry, etc. Said ashes are placed in a small plastic bag before sealing in a small box, nothing fancy. Cremation certificate is also provided as well as sympathy card. Most cremations are complete within several days, pricing is reasonable and available on their website."

"Upsetting is an understatement. They had put the wrong last name on my animals paperwork and then give you a blurry internet image sorry card instead of taking the time to find an image that fits what they print to give to the family. I will do business somewhere else if there is a next time."

"I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My grandmas dog passed away, and she decided to have her cremated ao she could have this dog with her anywhere she goes because this dog was her world. We trusted these people to do what needed to be done. She paid for an urn and everything. These people put her dogs ashes in a walmart plastic bag and handed it to her. She asked if the ashes we atleast in a can. And the people said yes she is, so she trusted them. Put the ashes in her car, went home, and opened the bag up to take the can and set it on a shelf, and when she opened the bag up it was just the ashes. No can. No nothing. It devestated my grandmother. It broke her heart more then it already was. They treated her daog like it was trash. Unacceptable. These people wpuld get zero stars if it would let me do it. They however did upgrade the box for the ashes to a nicer one, but regardless its not ok. I wouldnt recomend this place for any pet if your attached to them in any certain way"
