Mike quickly put us at ease. He walked us through the whole process, never rushed us, never tried to push things on us, and showed amazing compassion. In the following days he was amazingly quick to answer questions and keep us on track through many emails. When we came another day to bring pictures, flowers etc for the visitation, Mike must have seen me struggling to make some of them stand up and there he was with easels helping to place them around the room to make it look very welcoming.
