St Francis Pet Crematorium

"This company is extremely unprofessional. When my cat passed away, her body was sent here for cremation and I purchased a single ink paw print. The process was simple UNTIL the paw print was never delivered. I have called and emailed multiple times with absolutely no help from the facility. It has been 2 months since this paw print was ordered and mailed out - Clearly it has gotten lost in the mail. I requested to come in person to pick up a copy, so they did not have resend it via mail but THEY DO NOT KEEP COPIES. I have spoken with multiple other companies who informed me this is NOT normal practice and extremely unprofessional as they are not prepared in the event the item gets lost in the mail. My cat was 17 and with me her entire life. This is all very disappointing and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this same experience. After many attempts to contact via phone and email, I finally received a refund after posting a negative review."
